If you want to localize a plugin or theme or even just change some wording around, or if you are starting from scratch the easiest thing to do is install the Codestyle Localization<\/a> plugin.<\/p>\n If starting from scratch, just \u00a0make sure your plugin or theme loads the file using<\/p>\n [prettify class=”php”]\u00a0<?php\u00a0load_plugin_textdomain(\u00a0$domain,\u00a0$abs_rel_path,\u00a0$plugin_rel_path\u00a0)\u00a0?> [\/prettify]<\/p>\n Once that line of code is in the plugin or theme go to Tools->Localization and you should see your plugin or theme listed.<\/p>\n Find your plugin or theme and click on the Add New Language buttton.<\/p>\n Click Rescan. \u00a0Have it scan the files.<\/p>\n Click Edit<\/p>\n Click on generate mo-file.<\/p>\n Then you’re all done.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_genesis_hide_title":false,"_genesis_hide_breadcrumbs":false,"_genesis_hide_singular_image":false,"_genesis_hide_footer_widgets":false,"_genesis_custom_body_class":"","_genesis_custom_post_class":"","_genesis_layout":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[2,3,7],"tags":[44,54,64],"yoast_head":"\n
